Initial appointments are typically 60 minutes, giving us time to conduct a thorough assessment and co-create your nutrition plan. Follow-up visits are usually 30–45 minutes.
Yes! All of our dietitians offer telehealth appointments, available Monday through Friday 8am–6pm PT/MT. We are currently licensed to provide services in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, Oregon, Virginia, Vermont, and Washington. Sessions are conducted via a secure video platform through our client portal.

Yes! HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds can typically be used for medical nutrition therapy with a registered dietitian. We recommend confirming with your plan administrator, but in most cases this is an eligible expense.
